Marathon/Triathlon/5K/10K Race Training:

Have you ever wanted to train for a marathon or a triathlon but you never thought you could do it?  Or are you a marathoner who wants to improve her time?  I have run three marathons (Chicago, Honolulu, and San Diego) and I’m about to run my fourth—the Los Angeles Marathon in March 2006.  I can help you through the entire training process all the way to the end of the 26.2 mile journey.  If you have the desire to run, I will help you reach your goal.

I completed the Malibu Triathlon (Sprint distance) and I will be having a fantastic time doing the International Desert Triathlon (Olympic distance) in Palm Desert in April 2006.  I can create a program for you to fit your needs.  All you need to do is take the first step.  If you’ve ever wanted to try a tri, why not do it?

Training for a race can help us energize our fitness goals. It gives us something to work toward and, ultimately, achieve.  So many runners, walkers, and triathletes describe finishing a race as an amazing feeling of accomplishment.

If marathons and triathlons seem too daunting, 5K or 10K races might be more up your alley.  I have run countless 5Ks and 10Ks and I can get you to race day in as little as 2-3 months!
